Founded by Devaraja, an Indian Police Officer currently serving as DCP East Bangalore, our academy is dedicated to helping IAS, IPS, and KAS aspirants from rural and tier-2 regions achieve their dreams.
Born in a small village in Kolar, Devaraja and his family built their future through hard work and determination. He saw firsthand how many talented aspirants struggle—not because they lack potential, but because they lack access to proper guidance and resources. That’s why he started DMR IAS Academy under the Sri Dyavarappa Rathnamma Education Society (R)—named after his parents, as a tribute to their sacrifices and values. At DMR, we provide a structured, disciplined, and result-oriented approach to mastering UPSC and state service exams.
